How we handle your details.

We use business details to offer our service. One “stop” ends it.

Who we are

Beachhead is run by company name, number and address to be added. Write to email address to be added about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • About business contacts we approach: name, job title, company, work email, work phone, LinkedIn profile and company facts such as size, sector and country.
  • About people who write to us or book a call: what you enter (name, email, company, country, company size, deal size and your message), your choice about email follow-up, and the campaign tags in the link you came from.

Where it comes from

If we contacted you first, we found your details in public business sources: your company’s website, LinkedIn, the Danish CVR and Dutch KVK registers, and the data provider FullEnrich. Our first message says which source we used.

Why we use it

  • To offer our service to businesses whose work makes it relevant, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a call you booked, as steps you asked for (article 6(1)(b)).
  • To send you email about Beachhead after you contact us only if you ticked the box (article 6(1)(a)).

Who handles it for us

HubSpot (our CRM), cal.com (bookings), Google Workspace and Instantly (email), FullEnrich (contact data), LinkedIn (ads and messages) and Vercel (this website). Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If we approached you and we never spoke, we delete your details 12 months after our last message. If you are a client or wrote to us, we keep them while we work together and for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or limit it. To stop all marketing, reply “stop” to any email or write to email address to be added; we act on it the same day. You can also complain to Datatilsynet in Denmark or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.

Cookies

This site works without cookies. If you allow it, LinkedIn’s Insight Tag sets one cookie so we can measure our ads; it only loads after you say yes. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser. The booking calendar is run by cal.com in its own frame, under cal.com’s privacy policy.
